Order Submission Terms

Upon submitting an order through any form on https://www.murraymusicgroup.com/ or any other way to Murray Music Group, LLC ("Murray Music Group, MMG, Us, We, Our), the entity who submitted said order ("Purchaser") is subject to the terms and conditions laid out herein.

1. Pricing and Invoicing

Payment will not be due until revisions are completed. Purchaser may request any revisions they wish, however may be disapproved by Us OR a fee may be added (with notice to Purchaser) if we feel that they are too extensive. 

An invoice which includes any and all fees, dues, and other expenses will be emailed to Purchaser. Upon receipt, Purchaser will owe the complete amount in one payment, or they will not receive an unwatermarked version of their order.

Accepted forms of payment include Credit and Debit cards (including but not limited to Venmo and Cash App), PayPal, and Personal Checks.

Purchaser understands that quoted prices, in no way, guarantees that the order will cost said amount.

2. Cancelation of Order

Any order may be canceled up to 24 hours after work has begun on any given project (Defined by the time a confirmation of work email has been sent). Failure to cancel the order by the deadline may result in fees for work already completed, but never to exceed the quoted amount given.

3. Rights in The Work

MMG is the sole owner of any work produced via our services provided. Any preview, with or without watermarks, are the sole property of MMG. Any use, distribution, printing, or sales of said work is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Once payment for services is received, the Purchaser and MMG share the rights in The Work. Both entities may distribute, print, sell, advertise, or vary (with exception to the copyright notice) as they see fit.

4. Liability and Copyright

MMG will not be held liable for any copyright infringement. Upon submission through any form on https://www.murraymusicgroup.com/ , Purchaser guarantees that the work submitted is either original, or in the public domain. Purchaser agrees to take on any and all burdens that may arise in terms of copyright infringement and will, in no way, hold MMG liable. Purchaser also agrees to pay any and all legal fees accumulated by MMG that may arise due to copyright infringement for completion of Purchaser's order.

If legal disputes arise, the courts of the State of Illinois shall issue rulings, except where federal law precedes.

5. Fee's

MMG holds the right to charge fees to purchaser, including but not limited to, additional revisions and late cancelation.
